A message to all our customers
Due to the developing COVID-19 situation and the government’s on-going focus on delaying the spread of the virus, we would like to keep all our customers informed of our efforts to maintain the safety and well-being of our customers, our staff and our business operations.
Our Sales Team and support services remain fully operational. We will be able to answer incoming calls and will do our utmost to provide the same high level of service.
Deliveries have now resumed, however, in some cases we may need to resort to our Home Delivery team for transportation, where a courier is unable to deliver. In these circumstances, there may be a delivery charge applicable. In this case, you will be contacted by our staff to discuss this prior to dispatching your items. We aim to keep this as only a temporary measure to ensure we are able to fulfil all orders during these unprecedented times.
In order to protect drivers as well as our customers, we will be operating no contact deliveries. You will not be asked to sign for your delivery. Instead, drivers will verify your delivery with you and will then sign on your behalf.
We will continue to monitor the Government and NHS advice.
